common symptoms when struggling to manage a LTHC or basic needs

Over the years before and after being diagnosed with a chronic health condition, life changed for "Josh*". What had started as small physical discomforts had spiralled into constant fatigue and pain in various parts of his body, managing his day-to-day life felt like an uphill battle. Tasks that once came easily, like cooking, tidying up, or maintaining his routines, began to overwhelm him. He couldn't keep track of his diet or manage his home, and some days, his energy was so low that she could barely get out of bed.

His emotions were all over the place, frustration at his body for not cooperating, fear about his condition, the prognosis, and guilt for feeling like a burden, unable to balance self-care with his responsibilities. Daily decisions like what to eat or how to get through the day became exhausting. Nights became restless, as he would lie awake worrying about his family's future, while other days he couldn't focus due to mind fog. Josh found himself withdrawing from his friends and family, feeling more and more isolated and lonely.

That's when Josh realized she couldn't manage these challenges alone and decided to reach out for help.

"If Josh's story feels familiar, you don't have to go through it alone.                                           and start your journey toward feeling better today."

the cost

Sometime long-term health conditions (LTHC), if not managed with both medical and emotional support, can take a toll on your quality of life.

The emotional strain of chronic pain, conditions like fibromyalgia, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Irritable Bowel Disease (IBD), or the overwhelm of managing household routines can contribute to feelings of hopelessness, anxiety, or even depression.

Without addressing both the physical and emotional aspects, it's easy to fall into patterns of burnout or emotional isolation.
